Returns and Refunds
Every product on Antalya.gift is made for you when you order it. Because of this we cannot accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size choice, so please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email support@antalya.gift within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint it free of charge or refund you in full, your choice. No need to send anything back.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days in the United States or 25 business days internationally, contact us and we will reship or refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will do our best to catch it.
