Prof. Bassem Khafagy — an intellectual, traveler, writer, and lifelong seeker of meaning — was born in Egypt, lived 17 years in the United States, and has spent over a decade in Turkey, calling three continents home while journeying across many more.
Dr. Nurgül Karahan — an academician, traveler, and lover of art, design, and color — was born and raised in Turkey and has lived and taught in universities across the Arab world and Turkey for over 15 years. She finds inspiration in the beauty of the world and the quiet elegance of everyday moments.
